How to Use

Start at the base of lashes and wiggle brush up to the tip of lashes, repeat to achieve your desired look. To apply to lower lashes hold the wand vertically.  Create looks from natural to dramatic, depending on how many coats are applied. Suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
