For best results, use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor. Massage shampoo into your scalp, lather, leaving on your hair and scalp for five minutes, and then rinse. Repeat the application, and leave on the scalp for five more minutes, and then rinse out.
The shampoo does have a strong scent. When your hair dries after the shower, the scent should be largely gone. However, if this is a concern, you can just follow up with your normal shampoo after using Clark's, and your hair should smell great after the shower.
